• European Commission, DG MARKT - Green Paper on the long-term financing - deadline: 25 June 2013
• EIOPA - Guidelines regarding complaints-handling by insurance intermediaries - deadline: 28 June
• European Commission, DG MARKT - Consultation on the European System of Financial Supervision - deadline: 19 July

We believe ALPP members should to be pro-active and take part , togetherwith ABBL and ALFI members, in such activities as Luxembourg has a lot to lose under the current circumstances.

On September 20th, 2012, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr Xavier Guyard as new Director of the Association.
M Guyard arrived in Luxembourg in 2002 to join the General Management of a private bank. Previously he had been acting in various senior banking positions in France, Europe and Asia.

Au cours de cette conférence, ont été accueillis :
-Raoul Mulheims, Directeur Général de Digicash Payments qui a été interviewé sur l’évolution pratique des services de paiement
-Jean Claude Boutet, Associé chez Intuitae Luxembourg, qu a présenté l’actualité des Family Offices.
Une discussion-débat a ensuite été organisée sur les perspectives, défis et opportunités des PSF luxembourgeois dans le contexte économique, financier et politique actuel, avec la participation des personnalités suivantes :
-Claude Eyschen, Directeur Général de CapitalatWork
-Serge Krancenblum, Directeur Géé ral de SGG
-Charles Mandica, Président de l’Association des PSF de support
